A miraculous love story about the married couple Baek Hyun-Woo (Kim Soo-Hyun) and Hong Hae-In (Kim Ji-Won) as they go through a crisis caused by Hae-In’s domineering personality.

Baek Hyun-Woo is the legal director for the Queens Group conglomerate. He is the most successful person from the village of Yongdu-ri and is the pride of that village.

Baek Hyun-Woo is married to Hong Hae-In, the daughter of the family that owns and operates the Queens Group conglomerate. Hong Hae-In is the beautiful young lady of the second largest conglomerate in the country, Queens Group. She possesses a vast fortune and is known as the arrogant queen of the grocery center. Meanwhile, her husband, Baek Hyun-Woo, is praised as a talented and handsome “prince of the supermarket.”

Both are facing a crisis after three years of marriage. Queen of Tears is predicted to be a highly appealing film with a theme of romantic love and the tumultuous relationship of this wealthy couple.
